Amanar.io is an online Learning Management System (LMS) that provides access to educational courses, interactive quizzes, live events, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
By accessing, browsing, or using Amanar.io in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
2. Definitions
- Platform
- Refers to Amanar.io, including all its websites, services, and associated platforms.
- User
- Any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform, including Students, Teachers, and visitors.
- Student
- A registered User who enrolls in courses, participates in events, or purchases educational content.
- Teacher/Instructor
- A registered User who creates, uploads, and manages educational content on the Platform.
- Content
- All educational materials including but not limited to courses, videos, documents, quizzes, assignments, live sessions, and downloadable resources.
- Wallet
- A virtual account balance that can be used for purchasing courses, events, or services on the Platform.
3. Eligibility and Access
To use Amanar.io, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age, or have obtained verifiable parental/guardian consent if you are a minor in your jurisdiction.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
- You must not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws or regulations.
- You must comply with all local, national, and international laws applicable to your use of the Platform.
Note: We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and may request additional documentation.
4. Account Registration
Account registration grants you access to the Platform's services:
- Registration Required: Access to most features requires creating an account with a valid email address and secure password.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
- Personal Use Only: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Account Integrity: You must not create multiple accounts, impersonate others, or use automated systems to create accounts.
- Unauthorized Access: You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breaches at contact@amanar.io.

Participate in online webinars, workshops, and in-person events with expert instructors.
Online Courses
Access to both free and paid courses across multiple disciplines with lifetime access to purchased content.
Quizzes & Assessments
Interactive quizzes, assignments, and assessments to test knowledge and track progress.
Secure Payments
Multiple payment options including credit/debit cards and wallet credits for seamless transactions.
Referral Program
Earn wallet credits by referring friends and colleagues to join Amanar.io.
6. Payments and Billing
Our payment system ensures transparency and security:
- Transparent Pricing: All prices are clearly displayed in your selected currency before purchase confirmation.
- Secure Processing: Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and wallet credits.
- Currency: Prices may be displayed in multiple currencies based on your location. Final charges may vary due to exchange rates and processing fees.
- Wallet Credits: Wallet credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. They expire 12 months after issuance.
- Taxes: Prices may not include applicable taxes, VAT, or other government charges which will be added at checkout.
- Payment Verification: We reserve the right to verify payment information and may cancel orders if verification fails.
7. Refund Policy
We strive for customer satisfaction while protecting content creators:
Event Refunds
- Cancellations made 7+ days before event: 100% refund
- Cancellations made 3-6 days before event: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before event: No refund
- If event is canceled by Amanar.io or instructor: Full refund automatically issued
Non-Refundable Items
- Wallet credits and referral bonuses
- One-on-one coaching sessions (unless canceled by instructor)
- Completed courses or courses with certificates issued
- Bundled packages after any component has been accessed
Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Amanar.io is protected by intellectual property laws:
- Platform Ownership: Amanar.io owns all rights to the Platform design, interface, logo, trademarks, and underlying technology.
- Content License: When you purchase a course, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.
- Prohibited Actions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any content except as expressly permitted.
- Screen Recording: Recording, screenshotting, or capturing course content is strictly prohibited without written permission.
- Instructor Content: Instructors retain ownership of their original content but grant Amanar.io a license to host and distribute it.
- Copyright Infringement: Report suspected copyright violations to copyright@amanar.io.
9. User Conduct
All Users must adhere to acceptable use standards:
Prohibited Activities
- Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior toward other Users
- Posting or transmitting offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory content
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise Platform security
- Using the Platform for illegal activities or fraud
- Spamming, phishing, or distributing malware
- Impersonating others or creating fake accounts
- Scraping or extracting data through automated means
- Sharing account credentials or selling access to courses
Users who violate these standards may face account suspension, termination, and potential legal action.
10. Teacher Responsibilities
Instructors must maintain high standards of quality and professionalism:
Content Requirements
- Provide original content or have proper licenses for third-party materials
- Ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and educationally valuable
- Maintain course quality and respond to student questions within 48 hours
- Update courses regularly to reflect current information and best practices
- Clearly state course prerequisites, learning objectives, and expected outcomes
Professional Standards
- Treat students with respect and professionalism
- Avoid offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not engage in self-promotion or advertising unrelated to the course
- Honor refund policies and event commitments
- Report technical issues or student misconduct promptly
Revenue Share: Instructors receive payment according to our revenue sharing agreement, typically paid monthly. Details are provided in the Instructor Agreement.
11. Limitation of Liability
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please read this section carefully as it limits Amanar.io's liability to you.
- No Guarantees: Amanar.io does not guarantee specific academic outcomes, career advancement, certifications from third parties, or professional success as a result of using our Platform.
- Educational Purpose Only: Content is provided for educational purposes and should not be considered professional advice.
- Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
- Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of instructor-generated content, though we reserve the right to review and remove content.
- External Links: The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or services.
- Maximum Liability: In no event shall Amanar.io's total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- Excluded Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
12. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms:
Grounds for Termination
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
- Abuse of other Users or instructors
- Sharing or reselling course content
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions
- Extended periods of inactivity (12+ months)
Termination Process
We may, at our discretion:
- Issue warnings for minor infractions
- Temporarily suspend accounts pending investigation
- Permanently terminate accounts for serious violations
- Remove content that violates our policies
User-Initiated Termination
You may close your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination:
- You will lose access to purchased courses and content
- Wallet credits will be forfeited
- Personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy
- Certain obligations and liabilities will survive termination
13. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

- Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification
- The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised
- Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance
- If you disagree with changes, you must discontinue use of the Platform
15. Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and efficiently:
Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at legal@amanar.io to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days.
Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Tunisian Arbitration and Mediation Center, unless both parties agree to litigation.
Class Action Waiver
You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.
